Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

The Alamo branch at Salt Lake City is very convenient. You can handle the rental process directly at the airport upon arrival. The process is efficient and quick, and the car models and conditions are good. The only downside is that you need to return the car with a full tank, and it's challenging to find a gas station near the airport. Overall, this car rental experience was very satisfactory.
