The staff was very nice and gave me a Chevrolet Traverse as a free upgrade. Alamo has been great in the past few rentals, their people are super friendly. The car was powerful and fuel-efficient, making our tour around Salt Lake City, Yellowstone, and Cody quite enjoyable.

The service attitude and vehicle condition were good. The only downside was being charged for adding a second driver mid-rental; only noticed it on the invoice. However, after negotiating with QEEQ, the refund was processed quickly.

High cost performance, fast car rental process, convenient return.

Maybe they didn't have the model I reserved, so they upgraded me to a small Ford 4WD SUV for free. Thumbs up for that!

Car did not have full tank of fuel, talked to someone and just brought back as half a tank. But good service
