Not bad. Although the model we booked was unavailable, they gave us a Malibu instead, which was a bit small. But the car was still good, just not great for uphill driving. Returning the car was extremely easy.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.
