Rented a car from the Alamo store at Salt Lake City Airport. The front desk staff were very patient and served us well, clearly pointing out the pick-up location and usage precautions. They will ask if you need extra insurance, just say no, everything else went smoothly.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.
