Service from this company was absolutely spot on. The guy at the counter was funny, efficient, and really helpful. If you’re driving in Sicily, I’d strongly recommend getting full insurance—it saves you a lot of headaches. The car itself was great: really big, easily fit more than ten pieces of luggage. The best part was the black cover in the trunk that hides your bags so no one can see them from outside, which feels much safer. Only thing is, the car is huge—one of those long business vans—so you do need decent driving skills. Be extra careful in those tight, spiraling parking garages when you’re driving up or down.

Really good overall.

The service was excellent, and both picking up and returning the car were very quick.

Good, but the pre-check-in process requires about half an hour of personal effort.

Extremely satisfied.
