The service attitude was excellent, and the procedures were simple and fast.

The staff in the UK were very polite, and the return process was quick as well.

The night before picking up the car, I realized I selected the wrong return time. I placed a new order and got a confirmation. However, when I went to the store the next morning, they told me they couldn’t process it in time since it was a last-minute request. As a result, I had to settle for a manual transmission, which caused some inconvenience with the car stalling occasionally.

Professional, courteous service. Limited choice of diesel cars was disappointing, as they had none available. So excessive fuel cost was a concern.
