    Absoultely awful - i am currently trying to make a complaint but even that is proving difficult. We were waiting for our car for over half an hour as such we were in a hurry to leave. We were told that we needed to bring the car back with a full tank of petrol other we would be charged 175 however when we were giving the car, the petrol was nearly on the warning as such we had to fill the car up before we had even got started!

    The guy who handed over the car was very helpful, assisting me with finding the Bluetooth. However, the man with the beard who handled the paperwork had a heavy accent, which made it quite difficult to understand him, probably because he's from the suburbs of London, haha. I originally booked a Ford Galaxy but was recommended to switch to a Volvo XC70. Although the space is smaller than the Ford, it was cheaper. Overall, it's still fine, and the car was relatively new.

    Booked from a store near Paddington in London, everything went smoothly. Booked an Audi A4 wagon but got a Volvo XC40 AWD instead. It's slightly smaller, but since we had one person less than expected, it worked out fine. Otherwise, there wouldn't have been enough space for our luggage. The car was very new, had built-in navigation and cameras on all sides to detect surrounding vehicles. It could park itself, although we didn't try that feature.

Nobody tried to hard-sell me anything, and even though the staff weren’t exactly warm or chatty, everything got done without issues, which I’m pretty happy about. I did forget to bring the physical translation of my license when I picked up the car. They wouldn’t accept a photo or an online version; they insisted on seeing the actual document. Luckily I had my Brazilian driver’s license with me, and they accepted that.

    We had an accident during the rental and it was completely our fault. After we contacted the rental company, they immediately sent a tow truck to take the car to the nearest branch and arranged a replacement on the spot.
