Car fine but pick up slow

Great! I always rent cars from Hertz for road trips.

Satisfied, convenient pickup and return process, easy-to-find parking lot.

The staff at the rental company were somewhat indifferent. They just handed over the keys without indicating where the car was. When we arrived at the store, it seemed like they were lecturing another employee, making us wait for over 10 minutes. Very aloof attitude.

The guy who handed over the car was very helpful, assisting me with finding the Bluetooth. However, the man with the beard who handled the paperwork had a heavy accent, which made it quite difficult to understand him, probably because he's from the suburbs of London, haha. I originally booked a Ford Galaxy but was recommended to switch to a Volvo XC70. Although the space is smaller than the Ford, it was cheaper. Overall, it's still fine, and the car was relatively new.
