I ordered a car from JFK and I had no idea that it's not located at the rental area, instead I had to take a shuttle. Unfortunatily I had no idea that the office is closed at night, it opens only at 8:00 AM, and I arrived there at 7:00 AM, and I needed to wait for an hour, there was also no telephone to talk before the opening hours.

I got a Hyundai Elantra, about 70k miles, broken liner underneath the engine hanging to the ground. I asked for another one that shows on my reservation, but no more car. Very disappointed

Such a bargain - easily the lowest price provider. But at any price the cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service were impeccable. Truly an outstanding experience.

Van front tires warned out, low tire pressure and engine Oil light came on .

As stated above did not receive vehicle as booked. ☹
