Really amazing! They offered free addition of a second driver. Also, there was a small scratch with paint peeled off on the car, and we truthfully reported it during return. After checking, they thought it was too minor and waived it directly.

The insurance from this Alpha car rental company isn't worth considering. After purchasing the insurance, the front desk presented a paper listing various exclusion clauses: no coverage for kangaroo collisions, out-of-pocket costs for small stone chips on the windshield, and so on. What's the point of paying for insurance then? If they had informed me earlier, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Overall, it was very convenient. After arriving at the airport, just go to the coaches parking area on the far left and give them a call. The purple car is also very easy to spot. They only briefly ask about insurance and do not push it persistently. The pre-authorization was canceled quickly after returning the car.

Car was everything it was supposed to be, no problem. And it was very well priced. No trouble finding the shuttle to the rental location. A bit of a crowd at the pick-up desk meant queuing for a while. But I was the only customer in the place for a quick easy return. But beware additional charges- needed to extend a 4 day booking by 3 hrs, which cost more than a prebooked day !

The car was dirty, and they charged me over 600 Australian dollars for cleaning it. I strongly recommend against using this company. A rental company that profits from such charges is unacceptable—600 AUD can even get the engine cleaned.

The car I rented broke down shortly after I started driving it. I rented the car at noon at Gold Coast Airport, and less than an hour later, a spare tire fell out from the bottom of the car. QEEQ helped contact the car rental company for roadside assistance, but after waiting for 3 hours, no help arrived. The next morning, we found a car rental outlet in the city, but it took over an hour to replace the vehicle. This completely disrupted our travel plans, wasting an entire day. This car must have had issues when handed over, but they were not detected during inspection.

I chose this company because their full insurance was cheaper, only A$25, while other major rental companies charged A$50. This is a New Zealand-based rental company with excellent service and very friendly staff. However, I got a Mitsubishi ASX with 130,000 km on it. It performed decently at low speeds, but once it reached over 100 km/h, the car would start to shake. The vehicle's condition was a bit poor.

The service was fairly standard, but the actual rental company is a small business with limited operating hours. Picking up or dropping off the car outside of their regular hours is very inconvenient and requires going to their partner third-party company, which incurs an extra fee of 45 AUD. Overall, the experience was not great. The car provided was a Kia Cerato, and while the vehicle itself was in good condition and nearly new, issues like false alarms during driving and poor compatibility of the CarPlay system significantly affected the experience.

1. The return process took a long time as there were very few local staff. They claimed there was damage to the front of the car during return, but after reviewing the photos, it was confirmed that the scratch was already there at pickup. 2. Counter staff wasn't that friendly and seemed not so happy that we purchased the add-on comprehensive insurance via EasyRentCars platform instead of directly through Avis. Car didn't meet our expectations as we booked an Intermediate Corrolla but were given a Compact Hatchback Corrolla instead. Only noticed this once we reached the pickup bay area and were too lazy to walk back, dragging luggage & our small children, to Avis counter inside the Terminal to get the car changed.

Would never deal with NU cars again! The booking said the car rental was from Coolangatta airport and i had to call their office to find out where they were. They than said they were in tweed heads and proceeded to take 30 minutes to pick us up when they said they were 8 minutes away. Then we got to their offices finally and the manager there was extremely rude, changed our drop off time to an hour earlier, told us to drop it off at an offsite location and when we did he charged us an extra $70 when we dropped it off on time. The manager at the drop off location tried calling their offices and mobiles and they did not answer. Absolutely a horrible experience overall. He even was barking orders at his worker infront us and told us other patrons have been “fucking pigs” in how they left the state of his cars. Did not feel comfortable with the entire experience and the only benefit of dropping it off at the other location was that we didn’t need to see him again.

安いので仕方ないのは重々承知してますが。。 空港へ迎えに来てくれるシャトルバス。 20分で到着と言われましたが１時間は待たされました。余裕のあり旅だったから良かったけど、 キチキチの旅だったら、ブチ切れてましたね。 しかし、レンタカーのスタッフは悪びれるわけでもなく超ハイテンションで親切(笑) 日本人がギスギスしすぎなんですね。 反省です。 でも急いでる時は使わないかな。 返すときもなかなかシャトルバスが来なくて 飛行機に乗り遅れそうになりました。

I was happy with the pick up process. It was fast and easy. And I have to commend them for availing a car for a last minute decision during the school holidays. On drop off my daughter realised she had left my glasses in the car so went back to retrieve them and was told she couldn't go back to the vehicle. As we were getting ready to board our flight we left. I've been trying to call to enquire but have been left waiting to have my calls answered. I don't have time to use your online services I'm on the road for long periods and calling is way more convenient.

Picked up the car from Hertz at the airport. The office is conveniently located in the airport. However, the first staff member we encountered was not familiar with the process and incorrectly informed us that we couldn't pick up an Apollo car from Hertz, resulting in us wasting over half an hour searching for an Apollo office outside.

The rental company claimed to provide service in Chinese, and the price for the same model was twice as much as the non-Chinese service. However, there was no Chinese service, and they couldn't find my order when I picked up the car!
