After leaving the airport, you need to contact the branch to arrange a shuttle bus for pickup. The branch is located about 1.5 kilometers from the airport. Alternatively, you can wait at the airport pickup point as the shuttle buses operate continuously. Overall, the service was excellent, and they upgraded me to a larger vehicle.

Had a bit of trouble with my phone signal at the airport, so I had to call the rental company, but the pickup spot was easy to find and the shuttle showed up in about 10 minutes. Overall the service was pretty good.

The car was brand new and incredibly smooth to drive. Picking up and dropping off the car was super quick. I drove along the South Australia coastline for six days, going uphills, downhills, and on long journeys without any issues. When returning the car, the staff inspected it thoroughly, and the deposit was refunded immediately. This instant refund is truly impressive, especially after having rented cars in Australia many times before, and never experiencing such quick processing.

Got an unexpected upgrade to a slightly larger car i30. Car was newer model and drove well. Didn't like lane assist feature and wasn't sure how to disable this, felt like I wasn't in control of the vehicle. Warning flashed each time I started the vehicle for service reminder, apparently this vehicle had been serviced but they're unable to clear the warning. Communicating this to customers on pick up would be helpful

The rental company provided excellent service. We rented the car to visit the Pink Lake. Everything about the car was great, and the customer service was very good. However, the in-car navigation only supported iPhones, and since my phone is Android, it wasn't compatible. Fortunately, we brought a phone holder. This wasn't a big issue though.

Car was very delapidated, it was scruffy and marked inside. We couldn't see out of the rear window because of damage to the window. It had done 350,000 km so we were a bit nervous when driving in extreme heat a long way off the main roads. Being so old it had no phone charger, air conditioning was very poor. Certainly would not recommend this vehicle! Was not the vehicle advertised on line.

Cars a little on the older side with plenty of scrapes and chips. First car broke down before leaving the depot. Second car had an electrical fault resulting in a total loss of all electrics and motive power on two occasions. A bit worrying to say the least in the middle of the night. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff vert friendly and helpful so overall I'm not complaining.

Atlas got no customer service booth at Adelaide airport. However, the hirer will send a van to pick you from Adelaide Airport to get the car. Just wait at the bus stand in front of the Airport.

No waiting in line, the procedures were handled directly. The reception staff carefully explained how to use the RV and provided a user manual and video instructions. The safety belt repair took a long time when picking up the vehicle, but they waived the RV cleaning fee when we returned the vehicle. We later added full insurance, with a zero deductible, and we didn't have to provide a credit card deposit. Otherwise, the credit card fees would have been significant. Note that the full insurance does not cover the roof.

The staff at the counter strongly pushed the comprehensive insurance, costing a substantial extra amount. When returning the vehicle, an intern conducted the inspection and said there were dents on the side of the roof caused by tree branches, which were not covered by the insurance. The staff did not mention this point when I picked up the vehicle. Fortunately, another staff member inspected it later and did not count it as our fault, which was a relief. Nevertheless, the comprehensive insurance was not very useful when picking up the vehicle.
