International 1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following: a. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR b. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 2142 3530) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. 2. From the International Arrivals Hall, exit the terminal through the mains doors. 3. Follow the pathway to the far end of the main terminal building. 4. Go past the Uber collection area and The Coast café and bar. 5. Continue along the pathway towards the “Coaches” area. 6. Look for the sign that says, “Transit Centre Meeting Point”. 7. Wait here for the Apex Shuttle Van. 8. PLEASE NOTE: If you’d prefer to walk inside, exit the International Arrivals terminal and walk to the Domestic Terminal (50 metres). Enter the terminal building and walk through the domestic terminal to the far end of the building. Domestic 1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following: a. From the Baggage Claim area, walk through the terminal to the far end of the building. 3. Go past the WHSmith store on your right. 4. Continue on and follow the signs for the “Coaches Area”. 5. Go past the Avis & Budget car rental desks. 6. Continue past the “Check-in Area” on the left and the “Merlo” coffee shop on the right. 7. Go past the toilets on the right and continue to the end of the building. 8. At the end of the terminal you will see a large sign saying “Transit Centre” 9. Exit the terminal using the doors to the right of the sign. 10. Look for the sign that says, “Transit Centre Meeting Point”. 11. Wait here for the Apex Shuttle Van.
