Quick pick up and drop off, nice clean and new car. Highly recommend.

The car is excellent!

The car was fine. The issue was the delay at pick up. I do not understand why the car was not ready for pick up when we arrived. Or why the customer service person did not call for the car when we first arrived. Why did she call after the paperwork was all done and then we had to stand around waiting. Sadly this meant we were late for the function we were attending

Very good. It exceeds the expectations. Just try to highlights more your partners in order to save time. Personnaly in my case, I lost quite some time before I figure out that hertz was your representative company in Australia. Great business none the less.

The pick up and drop off was efficient and location is so near to the terminal that we arrived and departed from. However we had issues with the door at the back. Passenger at the right side of the car could not open the door on their own and driver had to assist with opening of the door. Even then, it was not easy to open the door from outside. Upon returning the car, this issue was pointed out to the receiving officer. His first reply was the car is new and it might be tight. We asked him to try from inside and he acknowledged that something was wrong. Yet no compensation was made for us. First, it is very inconvenient for us as we rented the car for 10 days. Second, it is actually not safe as passenger can get trapped in the car should there be exigencies.

Like: Efficient pick up & drop off. New & clean car.
Dislike: Delayed in pick up due to my request of Baby car seat isn’t being arranged in advance.
