The actual car provided was an Audi Q2, in excellent condition with only 20,000 kilometers driven. The car was very easy to drive and performed flawlessly throughout the entire trip, featuring advanced technology.

The staff, two ladies, were very patient. Initially, we rented two cars, but one of them required a 40-minute wait. They called us right after we landed to explain the situation and offered us a 12-seater Toyota instead. We were a group of eight people. I hold a C1 driver's license, and I later learned that in Australia, vehicles with up to 12 seats can be driven with this license. This allowed us to use just one car. The car had a right-hand drive and was relatively large. There was a small piece of the tire chipped off, but the staff assured us it was not an issue when we returned the car. We had full insurance. The overall experience was excellent. We will definitely choose this company next time. Highly recommended!
