Completely dissatisfied. Long waiting time in line, slow deposit refund process, aggressive upselling, the store is hard to locate, and there were a lot of issues when picking up the car. I still don't know if there will be problems with the deposit refund. Strongly not recommended. At first, they even downgraded my car, and only after strong protests did they provide the correct model.
Absolutely terrible! This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. The car started beeping on its own the second day and displayed a message in German about some required service. Tried calling but couldn't get through for ages. The rental company's location is inside a hotel, making it hard to find. By far the worst experience.
The rental company offers packages that include toll fees and insurance, which is quite suitable. It saves the trouble of car inspection, and the car provided even has a green zone permit.
The wait time at the airport for car pickup was incredibly long. I had to make five or six calls before getting through, and then waited for a long time before the pickup arrived.
1. No physical rental contract. The electronic contract is overly complicated, making it hard to identify any damage to the car. 2. The car return process does not include on-site inspection; they only said they would send an email. 3. The deposit takes three months to be refunded, whereas other rental companies usually process it within three working days. Not recommended.
The driver picking me up refused to go to the designated Subway entrance, and I had to call several times to get him to come. It's quite far, over 15 minutes by car. The counter only had one or two staff members, and they were very slow.
The email from Zuzuche clearly stated 'Original driver's license and any translation, which can be processed through the Zuzuche platform.' However, when picking up the car, they claimed the translation must be issued by the Zuzuche platform. As a result, we were charged an additional 162 euros for insurance for two cars. Zuzuche kept shifting the blame, insisting it was the car rental company's issue. After returning to China, I contacted Zuzuche again, only to be told that signing the documents at the pickup counter indicated agreement, leaving no room for appeal. I want to say that as a foreigner unfamiliar with the place, I had no choice but to sign. Refusing would mean no car, and finding another car last-minute would have been even more expensive. I've rented cars abroad many times, but I’ve never encountered such an unscrupulous scheme. It seems their tactic is to lure customers with low prices and charge high at the end.
Qeeq offers insurance under Axxa, the FlexToGo ofers theirs anyway. if you took Axxa, you have to leave a block on your credit card for a high ammount, and it takes months to remove
A very disappointing experience. I already paid for full insurance, but upon arrival at the store, I was presented with three options: 1: Deposit of 2000 euros. If any issue occurs with the vehicle during use, up to 4500 euros may be charged. The deposit will be held for 5 weeks. 2: Deposit of 150 euros. If any issue occurs with the vehicle during use, it's fully covered. The deposit will be held for 7 days. Return the car with a full fuel tank. Cost is 49 euros per day. 3: Zero deposit. If any issue occurs with the vehicle during use, it's fully covered. You can return the car with an empty fuel tank. Cost is 47 euros per day, plus an additional 90 euros.
This is essentially forcing customers to purchase extra insurance.
The car was pretty good, but after returning the car and coming back to my home country, there was a dispute regarding the car's condition. It took nearly three months to resolve, and the appeal was successful.
⚠️ To avoid disputes, please make sure to take photos with watermarks on the day of return.
We waited more than 40 minutes to pickup the car. There was only one person helped with that process, not enough for the amount of the people that was waiting.
