The staff were super friendly. They saw I had a lot of luggage and offered a free upgrade, and even handed me some candy.

Overall pretty happy with the service and the car was in decent condition. Got a tire pressure warning while driving, but it went away after we added air. Kind of a bummer we didn’t get the Audi A3 we’d booked, and the replacement had a column shifter I’m really not used to.

Quite good. The insurance bought on QEEQ is from a domestic platform, not the car rental company. The rental company will inform you that the insurance is not all-inclusive.
