The Europcar branch in London was relatively easy to find. The staff initially tried to upsell an upgraded vehicle model, but after I clearly declined, they still provided the original model. Overall, it was alright. The car had quite a few scratches, but during the return process, the staff inspected the vehicle very thoroughly.

There was only one person at the counter, and sometimes there was no one to assist.

Car was new and very clean, staff were pleasant and explained everything clearly. Drop off was quick.

Very easy and a fantastic price

The car was returned with a very small chip to the paint of the drivers door, probably caused by another car door when parked. Europcar's damage invoice seems excessive for a defect so small it would not be repaired. I am uncomfortable with Eurocars ethics on damage so small it could almost be classified as wear and tear.
