Best smooth driving car

Highly satisfied! Hertz service is excellent. The self-service car selection is super convenient; you are given a designated area where you can choose any car. It's safe to say they are among the best rental companies. The full insurance price is reasonable, there is no upselling of other services, and the return process is quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Hertz has many branches across the US and offers better service compared to other brands. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and we didn't experience any inconvenience during the pandemic.

Very short wait at counter, which was great after a long flight. There was no hard sell of add-on insurances or fuel policies. On arriving at the rental garage we couldn't find the keyless ignition fob of our selected car, so Hertz speedily rectified this by finding us another car of a slightly better spec for no extra cost. Return of the car at the end of the rental was painless as well. The return agent was very friendly and made sure we knew about where to return the visitors toll pass on the way back to the airport.

Car was good, everything was fine, but i was given a damage car, its bumper was cracked, and at time of drop off they pointed it out
