Car was OK, very easy to pick up and drop off once reservation was shown at counter, staff was nice and courteous.

This van stated initially 6 large pieces of luggage, it is important to clear out that this type of van DOES NOT FIT ANY LUGGAGE AT ALL, luckily we had another car and were able to drive the luggage on a separate car. Please correct the amount of luggage this van fits, it most certainly does not fit 6 pieces of luggage.

There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.

Taking a trip to Hawaii was really worth it with this car rental company. If you join a tour, it costs $115 per person, but renting a car for a day is only $69. Plus, they upgraded my sedan to an SUV for free. I was very happy with that. The rental process was also very convenient, taking only 10 minutes. I'll definitely consider choosing this company again next time.
