Alamo nous a refusé la location de voiture. Nous avons dû annuler notre week-end à Anvers. Nous avons perdu l’argent de la location de l’hotel. Je vais vous envoyer un courrier de demande de remboursement de la location de voiture.

“Efficient and good value but more guidance needed on directions to find drop off place for car.”

It was a bit confusing having to walk through the airport to get to the French side - this could have been explained better when booking the car. Also, the map and sat nav reference for drop off was wrong and luckily my husband seemed to know where he was going - this should definitely be looked at, as if I was on my own, I wouldn't have had a clue!

“Unauthorised amount deducted”

Dislike: You have deducted mistakenly around 1250euros on pretexed of car damage but in that case I would like to say is that at the time of delivery there was 2 damages which was pointed out by the representative and is marked in the document signed by me.. so why it has been deducted on my part!!! I have video references with me while dropping the car which will show no damages from my end... Looking forward for a quick Refund and long term relationship with company
