Great service and excellent cars.

There were several counters, not many people in line, got the car quickly. They recommended upgrading the insurance but weren't pushy.

Great service, the car was very new

There was an issue during the rental process. The website stated that a translated document could be used, but the store required the use of Alamo's translation software. I had to go across the street to print it, costing me more than 3 dollars and wasting over an hour. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The car was a Buick Enclave, but the air conditioning was somewhat lacking.

They didn’t put Sun Pass on their car. I think it’s more expensive and hard for the tourist.
