Probably because of the relatively low price, there were a lot of people, and it took almost an hour to get everything sorted. Most importantly, when I provided my booking reference, they said my reservation number had already been used. It took a long time to resolve the issue with the staff. I wonder how others would handle this if they're unable to clearly express the issue in English? QEEQ needs to improve its coordination with overseas car rental companies.

Picking up and returning the car is very convenient

Like: They were really friendly & efficient when collecting the car, which was a great Chevy Impala!!!
