1. The vehicle verification process took a bit longer than expected (20-30 minutes). 2. Mobile credit cards cannot be used; physical cards are required. 3. There was no handover of the car; they simply gave me the keys and told me to find the car in the parking lot. 4. No joint inspection of the vehicle's condition was conducted, and I later discovered a crack on the windshield caused by a rock. 5. There was no explanation of the vehicle's basic operations and usage.

The customer service was very friendly on the second floor of Atocha Station. I purchased full insurance from them and received excellent coverage. Picking up the car was very convenient in the parking lot across from the station.

I booked an Audi or similar. I was given a Ford. They had many Audi’s but the cost of the booking went from €150 to €400 so I took the Ford. When I said that I had booked an Audi, the staff had no solution.
