1. The vehicle verification process took a bit longer than expected (20-30 minutes).
2. Mobile credit cards cannot be used; physical cards are required.
3. There was no handover of the car; they simply gave me the keys and told me to find the car in the parking lot.
4. No joint inspection of the vehicle's condition was conducted, and I later discovered a crack on the windshield caused by a rock.
5. There was no explanation of the vehicle's basic operations and usage.
