The car was practically new, having only been driven 1000 kilometers (650 miles). Its condition and performance were great! The space was definitely large enough—my family includes two adults and four kids, so you can imagine how much luggage we had. Even so, we managed to pack everything in!

Acceptable

This family trip included five people and four large pieces of luggage. We originally booked a seven-seater van, but were told upon arrival that there were no vehicles available. We were forced to take a five-seater SUV and informed that it was the largest vehicle available at the time with no other options. We were told that if we were not satisfied, we could come back the next day to see if there were any cars to switch to. However, since we had to leave for the Grand Canyon early the next morning and there was no guarantee that the reserved seven-seater van would be available, we didn't change the car. As a result, we were cramped for a whole week, crossing three states. It felt very disappointing and misleading. If the reservation and payment were completed, why wasn't the vehicle available?
