Super friendly and everything went smoothly, and they didn’t try to push any extra insurance on me.

There is an unreasonable clause. You can pick up the car before the scheduled time, but be sure to return it earlier as well (they won't notify you, just deduct the money). If you pick up the car after the scheduled time, the return time won't be adjusted; it remains as per the original booking.

Dealing with Hertz, Boston Airport was awful. The lady at pickup reception had to be the rudest I’ve ever met. After collecting the car there was a delay of over 20mins getting it cleared to leave at the exit. Hertz have now made a $120 charge on my CC for no explained reason. I only know this from looking at my bank statement.

So far QeeQ have been efficient and helpful. I would rate them as excellent if they can resolve this $120 mystery charge on my behalf with Hertz. It would help if they put the Hertz booking reference on their documentation to me, as Hertz were derisory when I produced QeeQ’s booking reference at collection point.

As ever , an excellent standard of service from Hertz. We needed to put a second driver on the car and we're a little surprised that we had to commit to the full term even though the second driver was only there for 9 days , but if that's the rules etc etc

The price drop mechanism didn't seem to trigger but we got a great price and service was perfect
