Next time I'll probably book directly

The car was great, a Dodge with over 10,000 kilometers.

MAL, no lo recomiendo. Me hicieron un cobro adicional de 119 dolares por 9 galones de gasolina, y yo deje el tanque lleno. Tengo el video de la entrega del vehículo. Adjunto foto

Terrible slow customer service. It took over 1 hour to stand in line and wait to pick up car. Each customer was taking over 15 minutes. Most other companies take only 5 minutes or so per customer. Terrible wait in line at 2 am in the morning. Staff had a good attitude, but when you wait that long with a 6 year old boy at that time at night your a mentally and physically done.

Like: I liked that i had a selection to choose from then the car was almost new and it had navigation sunroof, great gas mileage, and i did not have to fill it up when i came back. I got to enjoy driving not worrying about filling the gas tank.
Dislike: I wish the price would have been lower because i would have been able to rent the car longer and take advantage of the insurance bump up they offered to me.
