There were no cars available at the reserved time. We had to wait over an hour and were then told that only smaller cars were available, but the price remained the same for the replacement car. The return time was still calculated based on the original reservation. This is really unfair!

I felt the counter staff rushed through the admin process so quickly and I ended up with over $100 of unexpected charges. The counter was very busy and there was a long queue all of which added to the pressure.
