Wonderful experience all around!

Terrible. I've rented cars in Europe twice and it's always been extremely bad. Insurance details are not explained and they say it's free. When settling the bill, they charge an extra 3000 RMB. Be cautious in the future.

No queue. The clerk asked if I could drive a manual car, I said no. So my reserved automatic Polo was changed to a Fiat 500, which was even smaller than the Polo, had poor power, and was very slow even with the pedal to the metal. It felt like I was downgraded without paying less. The clerk also recommended some automatic refueling service, claiming that the price was lower than the gas station and that I didn't need to refuel the car when returning it. However, in reality, regardless of how much fuel is left in the tank when you return it, the company charges as if the tank is empty. It's a scam.

Additional fees applied when we picked the vehicle up including a 'one-way service fee'. Prepay fuel fees were for a larger vehicle that we ended up not receiving, but we were billed the higher amount anyway. Overall, around £30 in surprise fees. Won't be using again.

car was very poor in its ability to go up hills.

Both pick-up and drop-off very quick, car was clean and ready to go, staff was polite and helpful. Good service for good value.
