It was not cleaned inside and outside

The local staff provided excellent service, and the customer support team back in the country was very friendly. It was my first time using this app, and I couldn't find a direct contact number for customer service. The car model reserved was different from the one provided upon pickup, which was a minor inconvenience.

The shuttle service to and from the terminal was quick and convenient for pick-up and drop-off.

First car had fault however replacement was fantastic for our 4500 mile hire period!

Great booking platform really smooth and great price

The mystery car should have been for 5people with 2large cases. Out of all the cars on row 3 there was only 1car that fitted this criteria. A silver Kia which has a dent and a scratch on every inch of the car. When I mentioned that I wanted a different vehicle I was told I would have to pay and upgrade so I took the vehicle in bad condition. I have always been told Hertz are the best car hire company however after this experience I would be very cautious about booking again.

Easy to book and happy with the price. Didn’t need to contact QEEQ for anything so can’t comment on customer service.

Like: Staff was so helpful and even gave my corporate discount on top of my inexpensive price. They were friendly and efficient and not mad when I brought the car back early
