Very satisfied with the service; everything was well-handled, and the rental process was simple with no obstacles!

The car rental company did not answer calls on the weekend, their location was hard to find, I wandered around the train station for a long time, and they ultimately forced me to pay an upgrade fee.

The car already had damage at the rear before departure, and I had informed the staff about it beforehand. However, I was still charged over 1200 Euros for repair costs without any notification; the amount was directly deducted from my bank account. I only found out after checking my bank statements. I truly cannot understand this.

The staff was not attentive enough, and I was not satisfied with the replacement vehicle when the same type was unavailable.

The service was just average. Due to the language barrier, the staff didn't provide a thorough explanation. It's much worse compared to back home!
