The customer service's attitude was decent, but I rented a seven-seater MPV. When I went to pick up the car, they informed me that I couldn't drive the MPV because I was under 23-24 years old. Instead, they offered me a seven-seater SUV, but I had to pay extra. I had carefully checked the age and driving experience requirements for the company and vehicles when making my selection. However, during pickup, they refused to give me the car, citing age restrictions.

The car didn't have an environmental sticker, so we couldn't drive into Madrid, but they required drop-off in the city.

The wait time was too long; the efficiency of European workers is evidently not as high as that of Chinese workers.
