They create a tense atmosphere without giving clear instructions and then find opportunities to collect tips. Small dents as tiny as a grain of rice are completely undetectable from a single angle and require multi-angle photos to clarify and prove. The fuel gauge at pickup showed a remaining range of 520 kilometers, and at return it showed 670 kilometers, but I was fined 35 euros because the fuel gauge was slightly different. I strongly advise everyone to refill the tank completely within 3 kilometers before returning the car.

On pick up location, Noleggaire staff appeared helpful until they started up selling and denied our booking was of 4 door car and instead offered a very small / tiny car with door under our booking. They were identifying cars with categories A, B, C, etc. Whilst booking was done on small, medium, large, etc. Car basis.

Customer service was not especially friendly and we had to wait for the cart to be delivered. The car itrself was fine.

Very enthusiastic

The car had some marks that weren't noted, and I was charged for them. This is outright fraud. Such rental companies are a disgrace.
