I heard that they'll give you a hard time if you don't buy their insurance, so considering the road conditions in Sicily, I ended up getting the cheaper option. Everything went smoothly, and I even received the deposit refund notification while still at the airport.

The pickup process was very slow, it took two hours to get the car.

The attitude was good, they even provided shuttle service, and the staff was very enthusiastic when returning the car.

It was a new car clean and modern it has carplay which helped a lot when we connected I phone During my trip i had to add addblue fluid I contacted the rent company they advised to add and they will refund The rent company staff was very nice and helpful

It was good sight and easy but they hold all booking money after booking directly Other sights i pay on the same day I receive the car

Counter staff where fine. Tried the usual sale of extra insurance which I didnt require. Explained everything I needed to know. Drop off was fine with key box as it was out of hours, however in hindsight I will try and use a 24 hr one in future. Not overly happy about having to top up AdBlue, this should be their expense. Was told I have 1500km but top up showed 600km. After returning home they have tried to claim i damaged one of the alloys on the vehicle. This damage was present when i collected the vehicle, and have video proof, still waiting to hear back from them.
