The car rental company is very professional. The staff provides one-on-one service without excessive sales tactics. They explain the services offered upfront, so you can choose to purchase if needed without any hard sell. The price is still a bit higher compared to other European countries, but this is the UK, and it's somewhat understandable since everything is quite expensive here.

The staff were very friendly, picking up and returning the car was very smooth, and there was no pressure to buy additional insurance.
