Very good. I booked an automatic car, but they initially gave us a manual one. After providing feedback about the mistake, they quickly made the adjustment. The insurance purchased at the store was not expensive either. I booked a sedan but was given an SUV, and the traffic rules were also manageable.
We had to wait the entire afternoon to get the car! It wasted a whole precious day of our time. The staff had a bad attitude and tried to deceive us. We called the day before to confirm a car was available, but when we arrived, they said there were none! They forced us to take an old minibus, and the next day we had to go back to the airport to change the vehicle.
Had an excellent experience with Highland Car Rental. Bought full insurance at the store without any upselling. The staff was very considerate and even noticed it was my teammate's birthday. After picking up the car, we started an exhilarating journey. The mountain roads were quite manageable, though a bit narrow. The entire trip ended without any fines, which was very satisfying. Kudos!
Although there was a prepayment, they charged an additional 200 pounds later without providing an invoice or email notification. Despite having full insurance, they still added an extra insurance fee, as if the insurance provided by the rental car platform was not recognized by the rental company. The platform should refund my prepayment.
