Pick-up Instructions

On arrival, please make your way to Platform 2 where you will find our office located in between Caffe Nero and Lost Luggage. After finishing the documents, please follow this direction to pick up your vehicle: 1. Exit the Counter and Turn Right: - Walk straight ahead until you reach the escalator. - Take the escalator up, turn left, and you will see another escalator. - Take the second escalator up to the footbridge. 2. Continue Straight on the Footbridge: - Follow the "Taxi" signage on the left-hand side. 3. Take the Exit on the Left by the Stairs (with 'Taxi' Signage): - This exit leads you to the outdoor car park. 4. Walk Along the Railway: - Continue walking towards the "Car Rental" signage located at the back of the outdoor parking area. 5. Take the Lift to Level -2: - Upon exiting the lift, turn right, and you will find the Enterprise branch.

Drop-off Instructions

Return to the NEW STREET CAR PARK, LEVEL -2. Please park the vehicle in the Alamo designated return parking spaces. Return the keys to the drop-box at the rental counter. The main driver and any additional drivers must provide a full physical driving licence with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

EU/EEA driving licenses are valid for car rental across the EU/EEA, as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

UK Driving License（with DVLA check code/DVLA endorsement record）

In addition to your licence, either a valid and up to date DVLA licence check code or a printed DVLA endorsement record must be provided for all Approved Drivers. These can be obtained from the DVLA website (www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).

Customers collecting a vehicle in Great Britain and planning to drive in the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe must purchase European Travel Insurance (ETI). Customers without a UK driving licence may be subject to additional eligibility checks before rental. ETI includes written authorisation (VE103B form) to drive the vehicle in the permitted countries listed below, as well as 24/7 international roadside assistance provided by the AA. Customers must inform the rental location of any cross-border travel and obtain prior authorisation. The rental location must be notified at least 72 hours before vehicle collection to arrange ETI. ETI is available only to customers paying by credit card. It covers travel only in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. This applies to both the destination and any countries/territories travelled through. Premium, Luxury, and Executive vehicles are not covered by ETI and must not be taken outside the country/territory where they were rented. The ETI fee is £325.00 per rental for all cross-border travel. For rentals in Northern Ireland crossing into the Republic of Ireland only, the fee is £27.00.

The pick-up process was very simple, and I was very satisfied with the car. Drove on Sky Island for 7 days without any issues. It was a diesel car, but the tank wasn't full at the start; fortunately, the fuel level was the same upon return as it was during pick-up. The address provided by the rental company was incorrect. They are located on B2, but the information given was for the 2nd floor, causing us to waste time and effort with our luggage.

They handed me the car without a full tank, saying there was no time, and that it would be adjusted for the current fuel level. When I returned the car, they tried to charge me for a full tank, but I caught them and they removed the fee. Also, there was no luggage cover for the trunk when I picked up the car, and I wasn't aware it was supposed to have one. When returning the car, the staff said they didn't know if the other location had provided it, and planned to charge me for it as a loss. Overall, the car was in good condition, relatively new, but there were quite a few hidden charges. Make sure your English is fluent and be vigilant, or you could lose a few hundred pounds.
