CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ENTERPRISE IN EDINBURGH

I had initially upgraded my vehicle expecting it to provide more convenience, but unfortunately, I lost 2 days and a night due to issues with the vehicle. I am grateful for the taxi provided to Edinburgh Airport to resolve the matter, but the delay impacted my plans for that day, night and following day. Additionally, I had taken out two rentals (a van and a car), but was only informed when picking up the van that this was not allowed because of company policy. This left me unable to complete everything I had planned and I need to come back at the end of this month. All of which would have been fine if it was not for the unfortunate timing and reasons for renting the vehicles, my mother had passed and I needed to move my life back down to London. Two very stressful situations. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for some time now, frequently renting from your branches at Edinburgh/Stansted Airport, Perth, and Bow. The staff at all three locations – Cameron, Elliot, Jack (Edinburgh), Katy (Perth), and Tam, Jamil, and Rob (Bow) – went above and beyond to make up for the lost time, sleep, and money during this period. I truly appreciate their efforts. Especially Cameron, he really stood out to me and helped me immensely.

The service was very satisfying, and the car rental and return process was extremely convenient and fast.

Pickup and return were both super smooth. I showed up over an hour late and asked if I could bring the car back a bit later too. The lovely lady at the counter agreed to give me an extra two hours, and she handed over a very new, super high-tech car that was spotless and filled up. During the rental the tire pressure warning came on, so I went back to the store and they adjusted it right away—everyone there was really nice. Return was also easy. A few minutes after I left, a handsome staff member actually ran out to the street to return the credit card I’d forgotten on the front passenger seat. I was really touched. Big thumbs up!

Overall, it's pretty good.

Picking up the car was very convenient, just a two-minute walk from the terminal.

Very satisfied, they even gave me a Volvo XC90. A heads-up: if it's a diesel car, check the Ad Blue level. As long as you don't run out, there's no need to refill it.

Only half a tank of fuel provided, but the contract stated a full tank. I had to call to dispute it. It's been a week, and I still haven't received my deposit back.
