Please refer to the content of this email, thank you. We have received the settlement document provided by the car rental company, which shows that you added Enhanced Third-Party Liability Insurance for $115.5 at the store. Also, you were charged a fuel fee of $28.58 because the car was not returned with a full tank, totaling $144.08. I explicitly stated at the store that I did not need any additional insurance, yet I was charged. Secondly, I made sure to refuel the car before returning it, but was still charged for not returning it with a full tank. This is not the first time I've rented a car in the US.

The clerk initially refused to provide a vehicle to a customer without a passport. After half an hour of negotiation, I was able to pick up the car. I had rented from the same branch at the end of August 2018 and did not encounter this issue.
