Good attitude when borrowing the car, simple and quick return process.

I rented the car for over four months. Without prior notification, they charged more than 1100 dollars monthly from my credit card. It wasn't a pre-authorization, it was an actual charge! In total, they charged over 5000 dollars, requiring me to make monthly payments to the bank, which was very inconvenient! I inquired with Avis, but got no response. Later, the rental platform responded, saying it was a deposit and would be refunded. When will it be refunded? How will it be refunded? We shall wait and see!

I booked a car for 11 o'clock, but when I arrived, they said there were no cars available. The car I booked wasn't returned on time, so they had to reschedule. Fortunately, I got the car by 1 PM. There were no aggressive sales pitches as rumored. The return process was very simple and quick, everything was done within five minutes. Overall, it was a good experience.
