Originally arranged to pick up the car at T2, but it was closed, so I had to find a way to get to T1. When I arrived, there were a ton of people. My scheduled pickup time was 8 AM, but I had to wait in line for 3 hours to get the car. Moreover, the car I received had scratches, and there was no one at the site to report this to. The overall experience was extremely poor! When picking up the car, it already had scratches, and there was no staff on-site. When returning the car, they claimed the scratches were caused by us. Luckily, I recorded everything during the pickup.

Europcar's service is quite average. Since our flight arrived early and there were fewer people at immigration, we arrived nearly two hours before our scheduled pickup time. The staff told us that the car we booked was not ready yet but we could pay an additional 120 euros to upgrade to a Jeep SUV 4xe (we couldn't find this exact model). We agreed to the upgrade, but the car we received was underwhelming. While driving, the steering wheel felt jerky and shifted slightly. The car's acceleration was slow, and the fuel tank was only around 30 liters, which is quite small. Truly regretful.

Though I had given the car back with full tank which was verified by Europcar representatives as well,I was charged Rs 7142.12 for fuel refuel and Europcar is unable to give exact reason for this.
