We mistakenly left something in the car when we dropped it off. Tried to phone office, but phone message was that it was after hours even though it wasnt. Did managed to get the item returned the next day.

The biggest and really only problem was the entrance for returning the car at Newark airport. It was non-existent. Missed it. Followed great signage to the general area but nothing when it came to turning in. Very easy to miss.
