Not bad.

Like: Close to airport and easy shuttle service
Dislike: Would have liked someone to walked around the car to assure that it was ok at end of rental.

Took three attempts to find me a car. That's three times I was sent to walk to the parking lot (in the freezing cold night) and back to the office. Took nearly an hour to get the car. Gas tank not full, 5 miles after leaving the parking lot the needle moved off full, so probably a gallon

Good

The pickup and drop off process was quick and the staff were friendly. The man at the counter secretly added a road plus package to the contract, which cost me around 5 dollars more. Although the rental company had already notified me about such situations via text, I was tired after traveling for about 20 hours and didn't notice it at the time. I only realized when I saw that the contract didn't include the GPS. He confirmed with the garage that the car had GPS before adding it, and I specifically pointed out that I needed a Chinese GPS. However, when I picked up the car, it had an English GPS, which was quite tiring to deal with.

Fantastic. Went to pickup and able to quickly grab car and was able to choose a vehicle of my choice. Had a Chevrolet Malibu which I was very impressed with. Great easy car to drive being by myself. Great experience that didn’t have any surprises.

Since it was a holiday on the day of drop off, I wasn’my able to get my final billing. Also, Otherwise, everything went wel.

Like: Fast, great service
Dislike: No attendant in parking lot to check car out or in. Mileage was wrong on contract so had to spend time taking photos and call in to the 1-800 # to make sure everything would be ok.

Location hard to find. No one at the counter (only the outdoor kiosk) at 8 pm.

Like: Vehicle was 2018 Mitsubishi SUV. Only 3000+miles, clean, inside and out. Staff was efficient and immediately exchanged to different vehicle when first car was found to have problem with key fob. Second time with Advantage; best price with great vehicles. Will be back
Dislike: check vehicles for any problem before giving to client to save time and reassignment. I was ok with it but others may be upset.
