Waited in line for an hour and a half, ruined my original plans!

The staff kept pushing for an upgrade to a better model. When delivering the car, they refused to inspect it with us and just threw the keys at us, saying that since we had full insurance, any damage wouldn't be a problem. After insisting on an inspection, they reluctantly and hastily accompanied us, merely noting that the entire car had damage. Additionally, the staff did not properly review the order details and charged us twice, only refunding the money after further negotiation.

It worked very well. The car was nice and clean and drove well

Like: I pick-up my car late, and miss the car I want, they upgrade it. And when drop-off, I forgot my passport and money on the car, I took it back easy and quick.
