Extremely satisfied. The gentleman directly provided a brand-new car with only 300 kilometers on it, a diesel version 220D, and a full tank showing a range of 1400 kilometers...
The car was in excellent condition, equipped with CARPLAY for seamless connectivity. It felt as familiar as driving my own car.
The car accelerates quickly and is very stable on the highway.
In 3 days, I drove to Hamburg, Bremen, Dusseldorf, Dunkirk, Brussels, Luxembourg, and Frankfurt.
Everything was perfect.
The staff left before the scheduled time without leaving any contact information. They didn't reach out to us in advance. As a result, we waited at the store entrance for an hour after contacting the website, without any resolution.
The queue was very slow and the service attitude was stiff. The only pleasant surprise was a free upgrade to a Jaguar XF, and this car had only 7000+ kilometers on it. Picking up the car was quite smooth once we got the keys at the counter.
Did not get the original Passat Wagon, don't like Korean cars, and it's already over 18,000 kilometers.
