1. The line took at least half an hour with only two attendants;
2. The attendant kept trying to upsell, and although I kept refusing, they still managed to sell me a fuel service with the excuse 'the nearest gas station is far away';
Hertz over booked. There were three of us there for one pickup truck. Needless to say, I didn’t get that truck. The one that arrived late got it because they called to make sure it was there. Thought that was what a reservation is for. Didn’t get a truck until two hours later. Missed a deadline and will have to rent another truck to finish my project at a later time. Was not happy with the experience. It is definitely going to cost me a bit of money.

Like: I appreciated the vehicle was roomy and that I was able to enjoy the drive as I worked my conferences and also enjoyed the scenery of the roadside.
The staff took great care of me even though my flight was 6 hours late, and I will always appreciate the speed getting me a vehicle at that hour.
