Europcar doesn't have its own counter and uses A's. Though there were few people, there were numerous upsells. They said regardless of heading north or south from the airport, you'll hit toll roads, and if you don't pay, you'll be fined 25 dollars. Just a lot of upselling.

Convenient pickup, but the order cannot be modified once the car is picked up.
