Overall my experience was really great! One thing I felt it would be better if there was a possibility to make changes to my reservation like bringing down the total days by a day which is fine otherwise it was fantastic

Booking was handled by Fox rent a car. Good shuttle service from/to airport. They changed booking for fuel arrangement from: "full to full" To prepaid without asking but corrected it upon my request.

Easy booking process as always.

I was surprised to get a diesel car - but rewarded with excellent mileage and no loss of performance. Cup holders and centre console were a bit grubby but otherwise condition of car was very good. Staff all very friendly and efficient - absolutely no hesitation in going back to them again.

Booking easy and straight forward - no problems or complaints at all

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given a different car than ordered because it was needed at MCO. The car needed to be hosed down to clean the body and especially the windows, which were very dirty.
