Pick-up Instructions

The Europcar - Atlanta Airport car rental location is in terminal

Upon arrival please proceed to the Rental Car Center via shuttle from the International Terminal, or directly from the Domestic Terminal by following the signs for the Rental Car Center. Once at the Rental Car Center, look for the signs pointing to the Europcar counter. If arriving at ATL's International Terminal, follow signs for the Int'l Shuttle Connector. Board the shuttle for the Rental Car Center. Once at the Rental Car Center, look for the signs pointing to the Europcar counter.

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original Driver's License in Latin/Roman Alphabet

Original Driver's Licenses printed in Latin/Roman alphabet (such as English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.) are acceptable for car rental without the need for an International Driving Permit (IDP). Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

Original South Korea Driving License (English version)

An English translation must be provided on the back of the driver's license.
