The car rental service was quite good.

Fast car delivery, but lacked some reminders.

Short waiting time, staff were pretty friendly.

The company's office is along the main road, but there is another car rental company on the same road, so we initially went to the wrong place. The queue moved quickly, and the rental process was efficient with no extra insurance upsell. We picked up the keys and self-collected the car, which was an Audi A5. As a two-door car, the back seats were not easy to access, but it had built-in navigation which was very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had to return the vehicle on 25/09-21 by 16:45 and indeed I did, but the counter was already closed and there was no one to get the vehicle so I left the key in the safe. The next day I received an email from Europcar that the vehicle was returned in 26/09-21. I hope everything is fine and Europcar will not charge me for another day. Sincerely. Jacob G.
