Very satisfied. The only downside is that the Audi provided to two petite Asian women only has parking sensors and no rearview camera. The car is too long, making it impossible to see the ground ahead or behind while reversing or navigating narrow, sloped parking garages.

Worst experience with car rental. Have rented many vehicles in the past and this was terrible .

The case is not resolved but communication has been very good and if this gets rectified would say 5 star service and recommend.

Fast and efficient service with a warm and friendly attitude. We arrived almost 3 hours early and were able to temporarily store our luggage at the store. They balance principles with a human touch. The frozen credit card amount was released just 8 hours after returning the car, which is a practice worth learning for other rental companies.

Renting a car is simple, and returning it is even simpler. Just hand the keys to the store, tell them the car is in good condition and the tank is full, and you're good to go. They won't verify, they completely trust you.

Very rude. Ordered medium suv jeep- tried to give us down grade ateca and then gave us tiguain- without saying he was going to charge us an extra 100 euros. Too tired and late to argue when we found out- surely a tiguain is a medium suv?!
