Due to some problem between your system and their system they did not accept booking. I had feel at the begining they do not to rent me car with original conditions

Your support during solving my problem was excellent. Not only via app but include direct calling to me and discussion with rental company. Now I believe in solving my different between your app and desk rate

No people carrier available on the day of arrival. Rude staff who didn’t think this was their fault and tried to give us 2 small cars - they didn’t appreciate this would be double the fuel and double the insurance costs. They initially refused to drop off a larger car at our premises but eventually agreed to this. Poor service. The large car dropped off was unclean inside and they tried to charge us a cleaning fee on dropping this off - we refused with photographic evidence of the lack of cleanliness of the car on receiving g it.

I was really frustrated that on my booking it showed the car company was In the airport terminal and it was NOT. I waited AN HOUR for the company to send the shuttle service, I had to call several times each time I was told they were on their way. It was only 10 minutes away yet I waited an hour! The way back I waited half an hour for the shuttle to come. Other than that they were very good.

Inaccurate re pickup as stated on airport and it was off airport. Opening hours were inaccurate which meant we had to return our car earlier than we'd planned to otherwise they'd have been shut
